OUR HISTORY
Very first manufacturer of spare parts for agricultural sprayers of Turkey
Toyman Plastic, of which foundations were laid under the tradename Coşkun Ticaret in the Kemeraltı district in İzmir in 1979 by Hasan TOYMAN, is now an industrial business manufacturing spare parts for agricultural sprayers for the national and international markets.
We started manufacturing with a hand-held pressed plastic machine and two moulds
The firm started manufacturing with a mechanical hand-held pressed plastic machine and two moulds. In the 1980s, it grew by increasing its production through the increased mechanisation in the agricultural sector. In 1989, it moved to the Karabağlar district in Izmir which was densely populated by small-scale industrial enterprises. In 1990, it purchased its very first plastic injection machine. And in 1992, it established its own moulding room. In 1998, it maintained its production with its very first PLC-controlled plastic injection machine in the highest quality.
The firm included the very first CNC vertical machining centre into its organisation in 2004. In 2004, it was incorporated as a company with the participation of the second generation Güven TOYMAN and now maintains its operations under the tradename Toyman Plastik Sanayi Ticaret Limited Sirketi. In the same year, distribution agreements were signed with COMET agricultural sprayers of Italy, which is one of the world’s giants in the agricultural sprayers industry, and with LECHLER agricultural spraying nozzles of Germany, thus becoming a company providing agricultural sprayer manufacturers with complete solutions. In 2006, it executed an agreement for the sales in Turkey of the transmissions of agricultural sprayers of the COMER INDUSTRIES Group of Italy operating in gear boxes and mechatronics, which is a worldwide company.
45 Years of Experience in Plastic Industry
Toyman Plastik is manufacturing products in İTOB Industrial Zone since 2011,Toyman is producing products with new technology machines and skilled labor in 13,600 m² area. Toyman Plastic has now been a thoroughly integrated industrial business through its development in 45 years. Unlike a great many businesses manufacturing with the injection system, it manufactured its mould in its own organisation. It has approximately a thousand moulds for the time being. It has added machining to its plastic manufacturing experiences of 45 years. It carries out production with a team of 85 employees in total in 2024. Women’s employment is supported by providing 44 female employees with employment at the assembling line.

Toyman Plastic adds new ones to its machine park from day to day and is capable of carrying out fast manufacturing and quality production through sophisticated engineering plastics which it supplies from worldwide suppliers. It satisfies all the spare parts requirements of the manufacturers of agricultural sprayers with its range of approximately 5000 products. Our goal is to create a strong world brand Toyman Plastic, exporting our goods more than 50 countries in the world. Now, its basic goal is to create a strong world brand by combining its experience with the developing technology, considering both economic and social importance of agricuture in the world. Toyman Plastic keeps promoting the TOYMAN and TOYEX brands to the world by participating in the plastic and agriculture specialised fairs at home and abroad.
